Valerie versuchte ein Comeback in einer neuen Serienrolle. Allerdings galt sie nun im Business als „zu alt“ und auch zu sehr auf ihre Kult-Rolle festgelegt. Der Sender zwang ihr so auf, dass sie die Rolle nur bekäme, wenn gleichzeitig eine Reality-Serie über ihre Bemühungen produziert würde. So muss sie sich vor laufender Kamera mit Ablehnung, Gespött und der Tatsache zurechtkommen, dass sie alles andere als ein Star ist.
